Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before requesting vehicle shipping services through ShippingGreatness.
1. Brokerage Role & Authorization
ShippingGreatness operates as an independent, licensed auto transport brokerage. By submitting a vehicle shipping quote request on our Services Hub, you authorize ShippingGreatness to act as your logistics broker to select and dispatch an FMCSA-compliant motor carrier to transport your vehicle.
2. Carrier Responsibilities & Insurance
Physical transport of your vehicle is performed by independent motor carriers. All assigned carriers are required to maintain active FMCSA operating authority and cargo liability insurance. For further details on carrier insurance limits, consult our Legal Disclaimer Page.
3. Quotes & Zero Deposit Policy
All initial quote estimates provided on our Quote Form are based on current route availability and vehicle specifications. ShippingGreatness operates under a zero upfront deposit policy; no deposit is charged until carrier dispatch is locked.
4. Vehicle Preparation & Inspection
Vehicle owners must prepare the vehicle for transport by removing personal items, securing loose accessories, and completing a joint Bill of Lading (BOL) condition inspection with the carrier driver at pickup and delivery.
